Neighborhood Overview
The Grove Frisco is a new development near the corner of Custer and Main in East Frisco that features builders such as Landon Homes, Trophy Signature Homes, Southgate Homes, American Legend Homes, Drees Homes, and Highland Homes. The development project will eventually include additional development that extends from the existing feeder road back to the corner of Custer and Main as well as a planned development on the north side of Main between Independence and Custer. The Grove is being developed by Newland who was also involved in the development of Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney and Hollyhock in Frisco. The neighborhood features many large existing and newly transplanted trees along entrance routes and in common areas.
