Neighborhood Overview

Tapestry is a new ~55 acre development near the corner of Rolater and Independence in East Frisco that features homesites set among several creeks, gently rolling terrain, and mature trees. The development focuses on nature and will feature the first eco-friendly green roof houses in Frisco.

Builders / Homes

Tapestry is being developed by Total Environment. Total Environment is new to developing in the United States but has many international development projects spanning the globe. The developer focuses on high quality construction, design, and embracing nature. Each home features a green roof made of a mix of native prairie grasses and plants that was created in partnership with the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. The plan is for about 120 homes within the community when it’s finished. Prices are expected to start above $1 million and the houses will be in the 4,000-6,000 sq ft range.

Amenities

Tapestry is expected to feature numerous walking trails, including a connection to the Taychas Trail. West Rowlett Creek flows through the neighborhood as well as several smaller creeks and ponds.
