Neighborhood Overview
Starwood is a gated community in West Frisco between Legacy Drive and the Dallas North Tollway and bordered by Stonebrook Parkway to the North and Lebanon Road to the South. The 550 acre community is located very close to Legacy Christian Academy and The Star, Starwood is convenient to a number of restaurants and amenities. The neighborhood started development in 1996 but continued through 2019 and there are even a small number of lots remaining as of early 2020. The neighborhood is served by Frisco ISD and is in both Collin and Denton counties.
Homes
Starwood is a luxury gated community made up of several villages including the Spanish Oak Estates and Chamberlyne Place. The neighborhood features gently rolling terrain, mature trees, and walking trails. There are numerous builders who have built in the neighborhood including Darling Homes, Huntington Homes, Sanders Homes, Bob Bobbitt Custom Homes, Pierce Custom Homes and Hawkins-Welwood Homes. Most homes in the neighborhood are more than 4,000 square feet.
Community Features and Amenities
Starwood is a guard-gated community and features a community center, outdoor pool, indoor sports court, fitness center, and tennis courts. There is also a playground and splash pad for the children in your family and many walking trails among creeks and mature trees.
