Neighborhood Overview

The Liberty Crossing neighborhood in East Frisco is a relatively small community. Many of the lots are oversized and there are several exclusive lots that back to a series of two small creeks that run through the neighborhood. Liberty Crossing connects to The Grove neighborhood to the East and Tapestry neighborhood to the South, where a walking trail is expected to connect further to the South. Liberty Crossing is located in Collin County and is served by Frisco ISD.

Builders / Homes

Liberty Crossing features only one standard lot size of 65’ x 120’. However, many of the lots are over-sized. The neighborhood was built exclusively by K. Hovnanian Homes and range in size from ~2500 to over 4000 sq. ft with both front-entry and rear-entry homes available.

Amenities

Liberty Crossing is a relatively small neighborhood of less than 100 homes situated along a creek that runs through the middle of the neighborhood directly across the street from Preston Trail church. The neighborhood has a community pool and easy access to Bacchus Community Park right across the street.
