Lexington Country is a ~325 acre master-planned community in East Frisco. It is located along Coit Road between Main Street and Eldorado Parkway. The neighborhood is served by Frisco ISD and is in Collin county.
Homes / Homesites
Lexington Country is still being built as of early 2020. At full build out, there will be about 1,100 homes. Lot sizes range from 55’ x 110’ lots on the small side to 90’ x 130’ on the larger side. Landon Homes, John R Landon Homes, and Toll Brothers are all still building as of early 2020. Shaddock Homes and K Hovnanian Homes have both previously built and may be available as pre-owned homes.

As a modern, master-planned community, Lexington Country has a long list of luxury amenities including:
- The community is gated
- Resort-style community pool with a splash area for the kids and a separate toddler pool
