Neighborhood Overview
The Lawler Park neighborhood in East Frisco backs to West Rowlett Creek. It features numerous neighborhood amenities including a neighborhood pool and playground. The neighborhood is located on the Northwest corner of Independence Parkway and Rolater Rd and McSpedden Elementary School is located within the neighborhood.
Builders / Homes
Lawler Park features homes from Highland Homes and Darling Homes on homesites that mostly range between ~65 and ~75 feet wide. There are several lots that back to the creek that runs through the neighborhood. There are two sections included in Lawler Park, The Arbors which typically features some of the smaller homes in the neighborhood and The Crossing which features the larger homes and homesites in the neighborhood.
Amenities
Lawler Park is connected by walking trails across West Rowlett Creek to Harold Bacchus Community Park and the Taychas Trail. There is also a community pool and a playground on site as well as walking trails throughout the neighborhood.
